Hatha on Zoom and Skype
If you prefer live practice,you can contact me to make an appointment an discover which kind of class you would enjoy the most.Im offering traditional Hatha,Hatha/Vinyasa inspired,Yoga for building strenght,to increase balance and flexibility, feminine yoga etc. One hour yoga class costs 15$, and half an hour 8$. You can pay via Paypal.

If you think you are more comfortable with personalised videos,I have this option too.Contact me,we will chat a bit to discover which kind of class you are in need for and I will deliver you the video in maximum 3 days.
The price of the videos vary but the average price of the half hour class is 20$,There is a possibility of making more videos.
